Venturing a comeback? Yes! But why?

One Gets a lot of sweet and sour  experiences during his journey of Life !  All these experiences keep haunting him in the shape of  memories, day in and day out. Try, as much as one does, to delete or sweep them under the carpet, it is impossible. So one must share all experiences with his friends, followers and the fraternity;  and unburden himself before setting  on the final journey !

This launch of a news portal,  http://www.travelviewpoint.com/Nor  today,  reminds me of my first venture in the publication arena. Having spent about three years in big and  small media organizations, I launched a sports journal : The Young Sportsman in July 1976, at a young age of 27.  I had the privilege  of having moral support and editorial  contribution from  great luminary sports writers of that  era. To name a few; Mr. PVR Menon; Shri KV Gopala Ratnam, Dr. Narottam Puri, Mrs Amrit Bose, TR Gopalakrishnan  and others.
That was the age of cricketing legends,  Ajit Wadekar, Sunil Gavaskar, Kapil Dev, BS Bedi and his spin quartet…!

And it was the age of monopoly of  mighty Print Media, with tiny lead letters for type-setting, Block and Litho printing. As life keeps on evolving, science and technology keep making it more comfortable but complicated.

Yet, it is ‘the  News’ that never looses it  craze and chase !  When you got  news  24 hours late, you were  thrilled, today you  get news within seconds of  any Event, Happening or Mishap, yet the  craze  for What Next ?, doesn’t  subside !
