Second Encounter in Jalandhar Within 15 Hours

A total of four suspects, including a woman, were arrested, while one accused was injured during an attempted escape under the cover of darkness. The police launched the operation after identifying the individuals responsible for throwing a grenade at a social media influencer’s house.

The incident unfolded when law enforcement received intelligence on the suspects’ hideout. As the police approached, one of the accused attempted to flee, prompting an exchange of fire. In the ensuing encounter, the accused sustained injuries and was immediately taken into custody. The other four suspects surrendered without resistance.
