Russian FM Lavrov arrives in Delhi for inaugural 2+2 talks
President Vladimir Putin and PM Modi to sign 10 mutual agreements today
New Delhi, Dec 5: Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in the Indian capital on Sunday night, for the India-Russia inaugural 2+2 Dialogue with his counterpart External
Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.
He will meet EAM Jaishankar at 1030 in the morning, and later take part in the 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue between the foreign and defence ministers of both countries.
Russian President Vladimir Putin will join today for the 2+2 meeting and sign 10 strategic agreements with Ondian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The 2+2 will be held ahead of the 21st annual bilateral summit between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
