Russia claims 75 Ukrainian drones downed in southern Rostov.
MOSCOW: Russia downed 75 Ukrainian drones on Monday, nearly 50 of them over southern Rostov.
The defence ministry said air defense systems intercepted 47 drones over Rostov, 17 over the Black and Azov seas, 11 elsewhere, and one over Belgorod’s frontier.
In Tuapse, Krasnodar, a fallen drone started a petrol refinery fire, according to regional authorities.
“The Kyiv regime once again tried tried to attack civil infrastructure in Tuapse with drones,” regional officials wrote on Telegram, adding that almost 100 firefighters were fighting the fire.
