Polytechnic, engineering books of to be translated in Marathi language

Kolhapur: Maharashtra Higher and Technical Education Minister Chandrakant Patil announced on Tuesday that the polytechnic and engineering syllabus books will be translated in Marathi language and also tools will made available to students for translation of English language into Marathi.
He made this announcement while addressing a function organized to felicitate him on being appointed as a minister by Vidhyapeeth Vikas Manch here.
Patil further said that experts in the field of higher education who have been working for the last four decades in this sector should share their experiences and knowledge to mould the next generation, he added.
Prof N D Patil, state president of VVM, felicitated Patil in the presence of office-bearers of different institutions and organizations. (UNI)
