Osmania Univ awards PhD to ACP S Ravinder, of Cyberabad

Hyderabad: The Department of Psychology at Osmania University, Hyderabad on Friday awarded a PhD (Doctorate in Psychology) to S Ravinder, ACP, Cyberabad Commissionerate for his thesis submitted in psychology on ‘Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Well-being, Self-Efficacy and Job Satisfaction: A Study Among Police Personnel’.
For research purposes, 563 questionnaires were collected from the police personnel (Head Constable/Police Constables) of 120 police stations from Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda Commissionerate.
Ravinder is the first recipient of the PhD award from the Psychology department, Osman University from police department. He belongs to the 1996 batch civil SIs and has worked in Mahabubnagar, Hyderabad and Cyberabad Commissionerate’s. He worked as Inspector of Police (SHO), Humayun Nagar, Panjagutta and Raidurgam Police stations. (UNI)
