New Delhi, Feb 21 (UNI) The Indian Air Force and Royal Air Force of Oman kicked off bilateral exercise ‘Eastern Bridge-VI’ on Monday at Air Force Station Jodhpur. “This is the sixth edition of the exercise. It will provide an opportunity to enhance operational capability and interoperability between the two Air Forces,” the IAF said in a statement. Participation of IAF and RAFO in this exercise will promote professional interaction, exchange of experiences and enhancement of operational knowledge, besides strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, the IAF added. Various senior dignitaries are scheduled to visit Air Force Station, Jodhpur during this exercise scheduled from February 21 to February 25, 2022. The Ministry of Defence of Oman said in a statement in Arabic, “A group of combat aircraft belonging to the Royal Air Force of Oman left for the friendly Republic of India to participate with the Indian Air Force in the activities of the joint air military exercise Eastern Bridge
