HM Amit Shah visits BSF camp, dines with jawans
Visit to BSF camp in Jaisalmer is one of the most memorable moments of my life
New Delhi, Dec 4 : Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who is on a two-day visit to Rajasthan, on Saturday met with BSF personnel at the Rohitash Border and also visited the camp of the jawans and listened to patriotic songs there.

He said, “This is one of the most memorable moments of my life. I salute the bravery and dedication of all the soldiers guarding the borders of the country with this admirable spirit of patriotism away from their families,” he added.
Earlier today, Shah had dinner with the jawans at the BSF camp in Jaisalmer, he said, “It was a special occasion for me to dine at a ‘Bada Khana’ with the soldiers and officers.”
The security forces have a tradition of eating together on special occasions which is called “Bada Khana”.
