Panchkula : Holi celebrations in Haryana took a unique turn with the traditional “Koda Maar Holi,” where people playfully whip each other as part of the ritual. Meanwhile, Punjab witnessed a heartbreaking tragedy as a father and son passed away within 24 hours, leaving their family in shock. In Chandigarh, Holi celebrations were marred by an unfortunate accident when a police officer stationed at a checkpoint was run over by a speeding vehicle. The officer, who was trying to control traffic and ensure safety during the festivities, suffered serious injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Authorities are now investigating the incident, and efforts are being made to trace the vehicle involved. The reckless driving during the celebrations has raised concerns about public safety.
