chandigarh : In its first 100 days, the Haryana government has implemented 10 significant decisions aimed at improving employment, welfare, and governance in the state. Chief Minister Saini highlighted these achievements and is set to announce the government’s roadmap for the coming months today.

One of the most prominent initiatives includes the creation of 25,000 government jobs to address unemployment in the state. These positions will be filled through a streamlined recruitment process, prioritizing transparency and efficiency. Additionally, candidates who have passed the Common Eligibility Test (CET) will receive a monthly allowance of ₹9,000 until they secure permanent employment, offering financial stability to job seekers.

To support farmers, the government has announced enhanced subsidies on fertilizers and irrigation equipment. A special focus has been placed on promoting organic farming and modern agricultural techniques. Furthermore, the government has allocated funds to improve rural infrastructure, including the construction of better roads and irrigation canals.

Education and healthcare sectors have also received attention, with plans to upgrade schools and primary health centers across the state. Scholarships for meritorious students from economically weaker sections have been introduced, ensuring access to quality education for all.

The state has also taken significant steps toward women’s empowerment by launching a special skill development program for young women, aiming to make them self-reliant. In another initiative, self-help groups led by women have been given financial support to boost small-scale industries.

On the governance front, the government has launched an e-governance platform to simplify public services and ensure faster grievance redressal. Transparency in administration has been a key focus, with digital tools being employed to track and monitor development projects.

Chief Minister Saini will outline the next phase of the government’s agenda today, which is expected to focus on urban development, industrial growth, and youth empowerment. Officials have hinted at plans for mega infrastructure projects and further steps to attract investments in the state.
