Debtors Murder Farmer and Bury His Body in Field; Four Arrested in Agra

Agra, UP: In a shocking incident, a group of debtors murdered 70-year-old Rampremi Singh, a farmer from Morena, and buried his body in a field in the village of Katka, Agra. Rampremi, who was also lending money at interest, had been visiting the area to collect dues from several individuals. Police have arrested four accused, including a woman, after the son of the deceased reported his father missing.

On December 1, Rampremi had arrived in Katka village to collect the interest payments from his debtors, but later went missing. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact him, his son Ajit Kumar filed a missing person report on December 2. The investigation revealed the involvement of his debtors, with a woman named Sunita playing a key role in the crime.

The police have since arrested four people, and the investigation into the motive and further details of the murder is ongoing.
