Chandigarh / Punjab : A significant verdict has been delivered in the 2009 Punjab RSS leader Rulda Singh murder case. The court has acquitted Jagtar Singh Tara due to a lack of substantial evidence. However, he has been sent back to jail in connection with another pending case.
