BJP CM’s pay obeisance to Ramlala at Ayodhya
Lucknow, Dec 15 : As the Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states visited Ayodhya on Wednesday to pay obeisance to Ramlala, the local residents waited all day long for their CM Yogi Adityanath.
To welcome the CMs of BJP ruled states, Ayodhya was tastefully decorated. It was stated in some media reports that CM Yogi will join them post lunch and would be present during prayer of Ramlala at Ram Janmbhoomi.
However, after attending the winter session of UP Vidhan Sabha, Yogi remained engaged in other programs till late evening.
Ayodhya’s district magistrate Nitish Kumar told UNI that CM’s arrival was not part of the program.
It may be mentioned here that the CMs of BJP ruled states are on a three-day visit of UP. After a two day long stay at Varanasi they came to Ayodhya along with party’s national president JP Nadda and paid obeisance to Ramlala.
Contrary to the DM’s statement, local BJP leaders had publicised arrival of of CM Yogi.
The CMs of BJP ruled states also offered prayer at Hanuman Ghari and performed Saryu Aarti. Till then Ayodhya residents were discussing about arrival that Yogi will be there along with other CMs.
