Bengaluru man uses his hacking skills to get his lost luggage on Indigo flight
Bengaluru, March 31: In a highly dramatic aviation experience Nandan Kumar, a software engineer travelling from Patna to Bangalore on an IndiGo flight showed his skills to locate his bags missed by Indigo Airlines. The techy hacked the Indigo Website, located his luggage and taught an unforgettable lesson to airline baggage handling staff in the process. The wait one has to endure while collecting his luggage from the conveyor belt after a flight is extremely time-consuming and frustrating.
The situation worsens when the staff fails to understand passengers’ predicament and looks the other way.
The passenger Nandan Kumar travelled on the Indigo flight from Patna to Bengaluru on Wednesday afternoon. On reaching his destination he ran helter-skelter to collect his baggage, racing his eyesight along the baggage-belt for a much longer time. Losing his patience, he decided to use his cyber skill and use his self-help option.
The airline staff were taken aback and apologized to the techy passenger having realized their lapse.
