Following the tour, owner Vinod Mittal, Chef Nikhil Mittal & Nittin Mittal led the guests to a high-tea program specially curated for the visitors. An assortment of fresh bakes, snacks, and beverages were served, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. Reflecting on his journey, Chef Nikhil shared that studying in Australia provided him with valuable skills and a deep appreciation for baking. While he initially planned to establish his career there, his father’s ( Vinod Mittal) encouragement led him to return to India and start Nik Baker’s.
