Australian Under-14 Cricket Team visits reknowned local bakery, Nik Baker’s for……

Mohali/Chandigarh: Nik Baker’s, the bakery chain founded by Chef Nikhil Mittal, welcomed the Eastern Bulls Australian Under-14 Cricket Team to its flagship factory in Mohali for an exclusive tour and culinary experience last week.
Following the tour, owner Vinod Mittal, Chef Nikhil Mittal &  Nittin Mittal led the guests to a high-tea program specially curated for the visitors. An assortment of fresh bakes, snacks, and beverages were served, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere. Laughter, conversation, and sports stories were shared over cups of tea and trays of cake rusks, cookies, and pastries.
The young cricketers were given a behind-the-scenes look at Nik Baker’s state-of-the-art baking facilities, where they observed the meticulous process of crafting the bakery’s signature products. Chef Nikhil Mittal, who studied in Australia and brought his expertise back to India, personally guided the team, sharing insights into the art and science of baking.
Reflecting on his journey, Chef Nikhil shared that studying in Australia provided him with valuable skills and a deep appreciation for baking. While he initially planned to establish his career there, his father’s ( Vinod Mittal) encouragement led him to return to India and start Nik Baker’s. His younger brother,  Nittin Mittal, supported him in establishing the brand throughout and making this MNC. Hosting the Eastern Bulls Australian Under-14 Cricket Team is a full-circle moment, blending his experiences from both countries.”
The visit concluded with a specially curated tasting session, allowing the young athletes to savor a variety of Nik Baker’s delicacies. The event not only highlighted the cultural exchange between India and Australia but also underscored Nik Baker’s commitment to fostering international camaraderie through shared experiences.
