PFC pays 4th Interim dividend of Rs.647 Cr. to GoI for FY’25
New Delhi: Power Finance Corporation, a Maharatna PSU company and a leading NBFC in the power sector has paid Rs 647 crore to the Govt. of India as the Fourth Interim Dividend for the financial year 2024-25. During financial year 2024-25, PFC paid a total dividend of Rs. 5,363 Crore (including the final dividend for FY 2023-24 of Rs. 825 crore) out of which Rs. 3,003 Crore paid to GoI according to a company press note.
The Dividend cheque for 4th quarter was handed over to Minister for Power, Housing and Urban Affairs, Manohar Lal Khattar by Smt. Parminder Chopra, company’s chairperson. Messors Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary, Ministry of Power, Shashank Misra, Joint Secretary (Distribution), Rajiv Ranjan Jha, Director (Projects), Manoj Sharma, Director (Commercial), and Sandeep Kumar, Director (Finance) PFC were also present on the occasion.
