3 Dead, 9 Injured in Fazilka Road Mishaps Amid Dense Fog

Fazilka : Fazilka witnessed two tragic road accidents on Sunday due to thick fog, leaving three dead and nine injured.
In the first incident, a pick-up vehicle carrying 20 family members collided with a truck-trailer near Lakhe Karaian village on the Fazilka-Ferozepur highway. The family was en route to Beas to immerse ashes. Dalbir Singh (50) and Rucku Bai (60) died on the spot, while seven others were injured.
In the second mishap, Parmjit Singh (30) lost his life, and two others were injured when their bike collided with a Canter near Phalian Wala village. The victims were returning from the Maghi Mela.
Eyewitnesses attributed both accidents to the dense fog, underlining the need for cautious driving during low visibility conditions.
