Allu Arjun’s Wife Sneha Reddy Breaks Down as Actor Returns Home After Jail Stay

Sneha Reddy embraces Allu Arjun after his release from jail, following the tragic incident at the Pushpa 2 screening.

Allu Arjun was warmly welcomed home by his wife, Sneha Reddy, after spending a night in the Chanchalguda jail. The actor had been arrested in connection with the tragic death of a fan during the screening of his film Pushpa 2: The Rule at Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad on December 4. The incident led to a stampede-like situation where a 35-year-old woman lost her life, and her eight-year-old son was hospitalized.

In an emotional video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Sneha was seen waiting outside for her husband, accompanied by their children. As Allu Arjun approached, Sneha gave him a tight hug, visibly overwhelmed with emotion. The reunion marked a touching moment for the family after a tumultuous period.

Arjun’s First Statement After Release
Speaking to the media after his release on Saturday morning, Allu Arjun expressed his condolences to the deceased woman’s family. He said, “I am a law-abiding citizen and will cooperate. I would like to once again express my condolences to the family. It was an unfortunate incident.”

The Arrest and Legal Matters
Arjun was arrested on Friday morning, and despite the Telangana High Court granting him bail, he spent the night in jail as authorities did not receive the court’s bail order until late that evening. His counsel, Ashok Reddy, criticized the prison authorities for failing to act immediately upon receiving the bail order, calling the delay “illegal detention.”

The arrest followed a dramatic sequence of events, with the actor being taken into custody and later remanded to judicial custody. His lawyers successfully moved the High Court, securing interim bail. Following his release, Allu Arjun was driven home, where he was reunited with his family.
