19-Year-Old Dies While Crossing Railway Track to Watch ‘Pushpa 2’

Bashashettihalli, India. A tragic incident occurred when a 19-year-old, Praveen Tamachalam, lost his life while crossing a railway track in haste to catch a screening of the much-awaited film Pushpa 2. The young man was reportedly excited to watch the film and was on his way to a theater in Bashashettihalli with two friends when the accident happened.

According to the police, Praveen, originally from Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh, had been residing in Bashashettihalli for work after completing his ITI diploma. He had been working at a private company in the industrial area. On the morning of the incident, he and his friends planned to watch the 10 AM show of Pushpa 2 at the Vaibhav Theatre. In his rush, Praveen failed to notice an oncoming train while crossing the tracks, leading to a fatal accident. His friends fled the scene immediately after the incident, and the police are currently searching for them.

The incident occurred at approximately 9 AM, and police arrived soon after to investigate the case. They are also searching for the two friends who were with Praveen at the time. His death has left the local community in shock, and the police are continuing to look into the circumstances surrounding the accident.

In a separate incident related to the Pushpa 2 premiere, a woman, Revathi, tragically died during the premiere show due to a crowd surge at a theater. The incident, which led to suffocation, also injured her 13-year-old son. The police have registered a case against actor Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theater management for causing the tragic incident.
