BJP Plans to Add 5 Million New Members in Haryana
Significant Vote Share and Membership Expansion
Haryana: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Haryana has reported receiving 6 million votes in the recent elections, which will serve as the foundation for their ambitious plan to recruit 5 million new members. This initiative aims to strengthen the party’s grassroots presence and enhance its organizational framework across the state.
Booth-Level Strategy:
During a state-level workshop held at the BJP’s state office in Rohtak, National General Secretary Dushyant Gautam outlined the strategy for expanding the party’s membership. He emphasized the goal of adding 250 new workers at each polling booth. This targeted approach is designed to ensure that the party has a robust network of dedicated members ready to mobilize and engage with voters in their respective areas.
Leadership and Future Engagement:
Although Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was unable to attend the workshop due to a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi, the event marked a significant step in the party’s organizational efforts. Gautam expressed confidence that the party’s current members would actively participate in the recruitment drive, helping to fulfill the target of 5 million new members in Haryana.
