Anurag Singh Thakur Accuses Congress of Relying on Rioters and Extortionists

Criticism of Congress's Promises

Hamirpur(Chandigarh): Former Union Minister and MP from Hamirpur, Anurag Singh Thakur, addressed a series of roadshows and public meetings in Haryana today, including in Garhunda, Assandh, Kurukshetra, Shahbad, Shahzadpur, and Panchkula. He urged voters to support BJP candidates to ensure sustained development and to protect the state from rioters and extortionists.

Congress Allegations
Thakur accused the Congress party of fielding candidates with criminal backgrounds, claiming they aim to plunge Haryana into chaos and corruption. He asserted that if Congress were to come to power, the state would again face riots, land grabs, and widespread corruption, akin to the situation in Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana, where he alleged fraudulent practices are already in place.

BJP’s Development Agenda
Thakur reiterated that the BJP is a party committed to inclusive development, focusing on unity rather than division along caste lines. He highlighted the significant progress made in Haryana under the BJP, emphasizing their mantra of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.” He assured that with the public’s blessing, this service-oriented work would continue uninterrupted.
