Retired Wing Commander’s land captured by property dealer and sold

Ambala. Panjokhara police station has registered a case against the property dealer and one other person for occupying the land of a retired wing commander and selling it by a property dealer. This action has been taken on the complaint of Wing Commander Sukhpal Singh. They allege that the land was illegally occupied and sold by AB property dealer Surendra Pal Chhinda. Harpreet Singh Mann is also included with him.

In this regard, the Wing Commander had submitted a complaint to Home Minister Anil Vij and demanded possession and action against the accused. Complainant Wing Commander Sukhpal Singh said that he is a resident of Mohan Nagar Gulmohar Greens, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. He was posted at Cantonment Air Force Station between 2006 and 2008. During that time, he had purchased plot number 119 (542 yards) in Sector-D of Defense Colony.

It was purchased from Amritpal, a resident of Baldev Nagar Housing Board Colony of the city. Whose full and final receipt was taken from Amritpal at the same time. He is the owner of that plot under power of attorney issued by the Sub Registrar on 30th August 2008.
