39-Year-Old Woman Beaten to Death in Yamunanagar
Attack on Family in Jathlana Village Leaves One Dead, Investigation Underway….
Yamunanagar : A 39-year-old woman, Suman, was allegedly beaten to death in Jathlana village, Yamunanagar, on Thursday. The attack occurred when several villagers, including Sachin, Nitin, Golu, Ranbir, and others, reportedly entered the victim’s house and assaulted her family members.
According to a complaint by the victim’s relative, Sohan Lal, his son Sahil had been manhandled earlier by the accused while he was working with a friend. Later, Ranbir and others stormed into their home, where Joni and Ranbir’s wife beat Suman to death.
The incident prompted an alarm, which brought villagers to the scene, but the accused managed to flee before authorities arrived. Deputy Superintendent of Police Ashish Chaudhary confirmed that an investigation is underway to determine the motive behind the attack.
A case has been registered at the Jathlana police station under various sections of the Indian Penal Code. The police are continuing efforts to apprehend the suspects.
