Chandigarh: Intelligence sources have alerted the Punjab Police to a conspiracy behind the murder of Baba Siddique, allegedly orchestrated from within Patiala Jail. Following these inputs, the Punjab Police has launched an investigation to uncover the details of the plan. Punjab Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav has instructed the jail management and the Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) to conduct a comprehensive probe into the matter.
