Ubber Mews Gate Mgmt. Initiates Prompt Actions to Assuage Residents’ Concerns

Kharar/Mohali: After the Residents of Ubber Mews Gate Society staged a late evening sit-in outside the office of the Society Management yesterday, the Director-Promotor H.S. Rangi  came rushing-in this morning to assuage the agitating residents and redress their greviences. The burning issues like essential services, security at the Gate and inside the complex were  raised by the Welfare Association and Residents.

The Residents were dissatisfied with working of the security agency JLL Inc.  and HelpMate. Mr. Rangi was prompt to assure the Residents that he will either change the Security agency or depute more efficient  staff  so that no such incident occurs in future.  He assured to monitor the progress and follow -up actions personally as also deputed his management staff  for the task.  A meeting between the two sides was fixed next week,  on  June 14 to evaluate the progress and actions taken  during the week-long period. It was also decided to schedule monthly meetings in future, for the purpose.
